Valerie Steele discusses Fashion Photography Archive and the early years of contemporary fashion

Dr. Valerie Steele is Chief Curator and Editor-in-Chief of the Fashion Photography Archive. She is an internationally renowned scholar and Director and Chief Curator of the Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Watch her introduce the Fashion Photography Archive and discuss the significance of the era covering the 1970s through 2000 along with the unique experience Fashion Photography Archive gives users. The archive gives exclusive access to the history of key designers such as McQueen, Westwood and Chalayan.
