Developing a Collection – the Kingston show

Impressive collections from Kingston – but which made it to the final awards??

The course director for fashion at Kingston is Elinor Renfrew – who is also half of the husband and wife partnership who co-authored Basics Fashion Design 04: Developing a Collection. As Elinor kindly gave us tickets to the Kingston show (which was one of the most popular, with a huge queue stretching around Earl’s Court) we thought we’d put up the photos of all of the students’ collections – 24 altogether. See if you can guess which collection made it to the shortlist for the George Gold Award, and which was shortlisted for the visionary knitwear award!

  1. I absolutely love them all!
I was desperate to see this show at Graduate Fashion Week and was gutted to find out all the tickets were gone…
But next year I will be sure to book early because from reading this blog, this is a fashion show not to be missed!
I wish all the graduates the best for the future!
